Communications & Office Administrator

Part-time

The Communications & Office Administrator supports the church’s life in community by (1) coordinating and administering communications and communication platforms; (2) administering the church office (including reservation of church facilities); and (3) providing effective and welcoming communication with congregational members and all who interact with the church.  The Communications & Office Administrator reports to the Pastor Head of Staff and works as part of a collaborative team of staff and congregational leaders. 

 

We are looking for a self-starter, who has excellent interpersonal skills, has substantial experience in the types of technology platforms used by the church, is attentive to details, is proficient in writing and communicating, and who can maintain confidentiality.
