At First Pres we celebrate the joy pets bring to our lives and welcome them as part of our community. Service animals and well-behaved, leashed pets may join us for worship, activities, events and Memorial Services. We ask that owners keep pets under control (on a leash or in a carrier), clean up after them, and be mindful of those with allergies or concerns by keeping a respectful distance.

 

• During worship services, pets are most comfortable in the back of the sanctuary, considering those with allergies. 

• Pets are welcome at all outdoor services and gatherings, provided they are non-disruptive and remain under the control of their owner. 

• For events where food is being served, pets should be kept away from tables where food is being served or consumed.
